Escheatment (Disbursement) of Unclaimed Funds

The Madera County Superior Court has opened the filing period for eligible individuals to submit a claim form to receive unclaimed funds held with the Court.  Please see the notice and claim information (including instructions) here.  

The deadline to request reimbursement is March 31, 2026.
